The therapy I provide is to support you while we explore what may be stopping you from achieving what you want. I help you discover or re-discover your strengths. Achieving healthy coping skills, self-acceptance, increasing self-esteem and developing self-empowerment is crucial to maintain a satisfied existence. We all feel trapped at one time or another in life. I use tools, experience and my training to help you liberate yourself from what is holding you back. For those where addiction rules their lives, I do my best to help you integrate sobriety into your everyday life routine.
